KY HillBullies General Terms & Health Guarantee:
The Seller and Buyer agree to the following conditions of this agreement:
To the best of the Seller’s knowledge, the puppy is free of signs or symptoms of disease or congenital defects as of the date puppy leaves Seller
At the age of 6 weeks, the puppy receives a health check and is given his/her first set of vaccinations by a certified veterinarian. The Buyer will receive documentation on their puppy’s vaccinations and health check-ups from the Seller
The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of receipt, in order for the guarantee to take effect. Buyer shall notify Seller immediately if any medical problem is found. In the event a medical problem is found the Buyer shall have the option of returning puppy within five (5) business days of the date purchase. Keep receipt of all veterinary visits in a safe place for future reference.
Once the puppy goes home with the Buyer, all fees for vet checks (including all vaccinations and examinations recommended after purchase) as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits, is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. This includes any conditions that are inherent to this breed of dog.
The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, not including shipping costs. This guarantee is limited to the replacement of a puppy of equal value, no cash or credit refunds are given.
In order to maintain the limited guarantees outlined herein, the Buyer must provide the puppy with all of the normal scheduled vaccinations and all vaccinations must done by a duly licensed veterinarian.
Limitations of Health Guarantee:
The guarantee herein is non-transferable. A licensed veterinarian must do all laboratory verification of a genetic disease. The buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller. If within one (1) year from the date of purchase from KY HillBullies, a dog is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have genetic disorder which adversely affects the health of the animal, and if KY HillBullies is notified within three (3) business days of the veterinarian’s determination, then KY HillBullies will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value when puppies are available. This does not include any health condition that is inherent to the breed of dog. KY HillBullies will not be responsible for veterinarian fees for any condition, costs or shipping cost. KY HillBullies is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses for any condition, accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy. KY HillBullies sells puppies for pet purposes only, the puppies are sold with unlimited registration so the buyer can breed the dog if the buyer so desires, but we make no guarantees as to the fertility of any pet. This guarantee offers a replacement puppy of equal value only, no monetary refunds will be made.
Venue and Jurisdiction:
Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to KY HillBullies shall lie exclusively in Kentucky.
All Sales are Final:
The Seller will not accept any returns other than where the health guarantee is concerned.
Transportation is arranged through third party carriers and occasionally there are delays for numerous reasons including but not limited to weather, logistics, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events. KY HillBullies shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly for any transportation delays that may cause you inconvenience or financial loss.
This contract is not valid outside the United States and Canada, nor is the contract, or the guarantee herein transferable or assignable.
Registration papers for all registered puppies will be delivered with your puppy or sent by regular mail. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers.
This Agreement represents the total agreement between KY HillBullies and the Buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale. The Buyer has read and understands this agreement and agrees to the terms and conditions herein.
KY HillBullies requires a signed contract with each puppy purchase. This is for your protection and ours.
The Buyer acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document.

Bull Terrier Puppy Prices:
The full purchase price of bull terrier puppies is $1800 not including shipping.
Deposits:
The puppy purchase application must be submitted and we must make contact with you before making a deposit. A $300 deposit is required to hold your puppy or to be added to the puppy waiting list. Deposits will be accepted at any time to be added to the puppy waiting list. Deposits are non-refundable after the puppy reaches four weeks of age that you have chosen.
PayPal payments are accepted but 4 percent will be added to the invoice to cover PayPal fees. Credit cards are also accepted through PayPal. PayPal Payments can be made through the invoice sent from KY HillBullies - AKC Bull Terriers. If you wish to pay with PayPal then you must let us know and wait for the invoice. Other forms of payments accepted are Cash, Personal Check or Certified Check. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only and are not accepted for the remaining balance. Money orders are not accepted. Payments other than PayPal and Cash are to be made out and mailed to:

Final Payment:
The remaining balance on the bull terrier puppy is due at time of pickup for PayPal and Cash payments, or two weeks prior to pickup or shipping if paying by Certified Check. Money orders and personal checks are not accepted for remaining balance!
PayPal payments are accepted for final payment but 4 percent extra will be added to the remaining balance to cover PayPal fees. Credit cards are also accepted through PayPal. Shipping:
Shipping charges are $375 for destinations in the lower 48 states. If shipping is required, the puppies fly as cargo to your nearest airport must be picked up by you or some can be ground transported. You are provided with the flight number, departure and arrival times, station information for pickup, etc. We usually ship by United Airlines, or ground ship to your house.
Refund Policy:
Once the bull terrier puppy has been paid in full, KY HillBullies has a no refund policy with no exceptions. Customer will have the opportunity to transfer the payment to another bull terrier puppy from a current or future litter if so desired. There are no returns other than where the health guarantee is concerned.
